It does need progression and teaching of the HR incumbents, to understand how to have a different discussion with their commanders.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Insight led HR. It's very true, that HR incumbants do need support to know how to interact differently with their managers. HR managers need to realise that they need to develop new skills and the organisation needs to support them in this process.
